Three things you'd normally hire separately
Decor, food and coordination are usually three contracts, three deposits and three different companies to chase. With us it's only one.
Catering
Two full menus, Mexican and Italian. Soup, salad, entrées with sides, dessert, servers, bartenders and a domestic bar included.

We coordinate minute by minute: arrival, lighting, dinner service, cake cutting, cake service, toasts and close. One representative assigned from day one until the lights go up.

Mexican menu or Italian menu. You choose.
It's what almost nobody else in Chicago offers: the party with chicken in mole and steak a la mexicana, or chicken Vesuvio with Alfredo pasta. Both menus cost the same and both come complete.

Questions
What every mom asks first
Is the room included?
Yes. All six packages include the room rental — 5 to 6 hours depending on the package — plus a 3 to 4 hour domestic bar. You don't need to find a hall separately or pay rent on top.
What does a quinceañera cost with you?
It depends on the package, your date and your headcount. There are six packages — Crown, Royal, Queen, King, D'Angelli and Majestic — and all of them include the room, a domestic bar, full catering and service staff. Majestic, with plated cuts served at the table, starts at $120 per person on Saturdays. Send us your date and guest count on WhatsApp and we'll give you an itemized price the same day.
How far in advance should we book?
Saturdays from May to October book 9–12 months out. Fridays, Sundays and November–March dates are available at 4–6 months and cost less. If your date is close, call us — we sometimes have space from a cancellation.
Can we pay in installments?
Yes. A deposit holds the date and the balance splits into payments before the event. We take Zelle, cash and bank transfer. Ask us for the deposit amount and payment plan for your date.
What food do you serve?
Two full menus: Mexican (red and black mole, cochinita, ribs in green or red salsa, steak, fajitas) and Italian (chicken Vesuvio, saltimbocca, francese, pork chops, pasta with marinara, vodka or Alfredo). Both cost the same and both include soup, salad, sides and dessert.
How far do you travel?
We work across Chicago and the whole metro: Cicero, Berwyn, Melrose Park, Elgin, Aurora, Waukegan, Joliet and the northwest suburbs. Past 35 miles there's a travel fee, quoted up front.
Do you work in Spanish?
The whole team speaks Spanish. Your representative speaks Spanish and the contract comes in Spanish if you prefer.
