Decor, catering and planning — all three, one person
Room, food, bar, service staff and decor. You choose the Mexican or Italian menu and we handle the rest.
01 — Decor
Designed with you, installed by us
Everything gets decided with you first: colors, theme, backdrop height, throne or feature chair, whether the arch goes at the entrance or behind the head table. We send you a sketch so you see it before the day arrives.
On the day we set everything up early and stay until it's struck. You don't carry a box and you don't stay to clean.
Backdrop and feature frame
Floral frame, fabric, fresh or silk flowers, marquee letters and custom neon with her name
Throne and head table
Quinceañera chair, decorated head table, tables for chambelanes and damas
Centerpieces
Tall, low, candlelit, fresh or silk florals, in glass or gold
Draping and lighting
Wall draping, ceiling canopy, colored LED uplighting, projected monogram

A floral arch at the entrance or behind the head table, in your theme color

02 — Catering
Two kitchens under one roof
Here's the part almost nobody else has: we cook a Mexican menu and an Italian menu. That's where the name comes from — Decor & Flavor.
Every package includes a soup, a salad, your entrées with sides, dessert and the full service staff. You pick the menu.

Service staff
Uniformed servers, bartenders and a floor captain. China, glassware and linens included, with setup and cleanup.

03 — Planning
One representative, start to finish
The person who quotes you is the person who plans your party and runs it that night. You never have to re-explain who's who or what time dinner is served.
Consultation and quote
You tell us what you want, how many guests, and your budget. We come back with an itemized written quote, no fine print.
Hold your date
The deposit makes the date yours. The balance splits into payments before the event.
Design and menu
We lock in colors and theme, send you the decor sketch, and you choose between the Mexican and Italian menus.
Vendors
If you still need a DJ, photographer, limo or dress, we hand you our list of people we work with and trust.
Timeline and rehearsal
We build the run-of-show minute by minute — entrance, vals, toast, last doll, shoe ceremony, surprise dance.
The day
We set up, receive vendors, serve, run the timeline and strike at the end. You just show up with your hair done.
