It's the time of year when everyone wants their people in one room and nobody wants to spend the night in the kitchen.
Posadas
Family, church or work. Dinner served, and room to dance.
Company dinners
End of year for the team. Private room, table service and the bar included.
Christmas and New Year
The dates that go first. If you have one in mind, hold it early.
Thanksgiving
For when the family no longer fits in the house.
Baptisms and first communions
Weekends, full meal, and the decor already up when you arrive.
Birthdays and anniversaries
Silver, gold, and the birthdays that get celebrated properly.
What's included
All five packages carry the same things inside
What changes between them is the hours, the service style and how many entrées you choose. Everything else is in all of them.
Room rental
5 to 6 hours depending on the package. You don't have to find a venue yourself.
Domestic bar
3 to 4 hours, with a bartender.
Full meal
Soup or salad, entrée with sides, and dessert.
Servers and staff
The full service team, not billed separately.
Decor
Install and strike. We arrive early and clear up at the end.
Coordination in Spanish
One person responsible for the whole night.

December fills before any other month
December Saturdays are the most contested dates of the year — not just with us, with every hall in Chicago. Posadas and company dinners get held weeks ahead because everyone wants the same weekend.
If you already have a date in mind, the cheapest thing you can do is ask today whether it's free. It costs nothing and saves you moving fifty people to another day.
